Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to revoke this purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period for the revocation begins from the day on which you or a third party commissioned by you has received the goods. Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, will be refunded immediately within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.

Excluded are additional costs that you have chosen due to a different type of return than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me.

For a refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, including any applicable fees. Other agreements are possible in consultation.

In this context, you expressly agree that Jan Röhrmann may begin performing the service under the transportation contract even before the expiration of the revocation period. At the same time, the customer confirms that he/she is aware that he/she loses his/her right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by Jan Röhrmann
