The shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order, its weight and the destination and will be communicated to you before shipment.


Duty to cooperate

In case of externally visible damage, loss of the transport item or a part thereof, the customer or the recipient must document and report the damage to the carrier upon delivery and inform Jan Röhrmann immediately about the loss or damage in writing via e-mail. Acceptance can then be refused. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the ordered goods have been delivered complete and undamaged. In the case of damage or loss that is not externally visible, this presumption only applies if the customer or the recipient does not inform Jan Röhrmann of the loss or damage in writing by e-mail within seven days after delivery of the ordered goods.


The customer or the consignee acknowledges that Jan Röhrmann is not liable for damages or expenses that arise due to a breach of the customer's or the consignee's own obligations to cooperate or due to improper use of the same.
